Why being a fertility friendly workplace is good for your employees AND makes smart business sense
The first thing people say to me when I talk about being a fertility friendly business is 'how much will it cost us?'. My reply is always 'how much is it costing you NOT to be'.
Do you know it's possible for your business to be compassionate AND profitable?
I know you're not a charity. I know you need to make money. I know what it's like to work in a profit-driven company with tough objectives. You need everyone firing on all cylinders.
I also know how bloomin' expensive and time-consuming it is to recruit. I know the exhaustion of a previously high-performing employee suddenly not living up to their potential, or when you're a team member down.
And I know how to bridge that gap, to fix the problem for everyone in a compassionate way.
Creating a psychologically safe workplace is key. Research by Josh Bershin found healthy companies are over 2 x more likely to surpass financial targets and over 3 x more likely to retain employees, as well as experience drastic drops in absenteeism.
